What is your cancellation & refund policy?
We offer a 14-day cooling off period. Following this, plan cancellation are charged until the end of the current billing period.
How do you calculate storage?
We calculate storage by summing up all your content document size and index size in our database and your assets in our media manager including image variants generated on-demand.
What is an API credit?
An API credit provides the performance of an operation using 16MB of memory for 100ms.
Are non-profit discounts available?
